HENOCQUE Laurent
An inventor, as a researcher, lecturer, engineer and entrepreneur. Also a natural and human leader, capable of vision, capable of sharing my vision. Passionately watching technology trends.

Now leading the KeeeX project, born from intuitions about the semantic web and trusting data, that targets a potential refoundation of the internet and a new destiny for knowledge and communication. KeeeX involves several pending patents.

As a researcher at Aix Marseille University, I identified the mapping from Object Models to Constraint Programming and Constraint based Configuration and coined the concept of Constrained Object Models. This was applied to automatic web service configuration within the semantic web DIP project (http://dip.semanticweb.org), and to semantic natural language parsing.

As a lecturer at Polytech Marseille, I experimented using TDD and Design Patterns as tools to improve teaching Object Oriented Programming and Design. I also created the Open Source Javastates library, used to teach the (executable) specification of Man Machine Interfaces (http://sourceforge.net/projects/javastates/)

As a consultant, I represented ILOG at the SA-WSDL (Semantically Annotated WSDL) working group http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/sawsdl/.

I also acted as a EU Cordis Expert on the WS-Diamond project, and chaired and organized serveral conferences.

In an earlier life (in the 90s), I co-authored then led the OpenSide IDE project at Index (Marseille), where arised intuitions for the now mature JavaStates software and language. Then implemented the (unreleased) Guemara Expert System based upon the prime and model normal forms of boolean formulas.
